Can a boy with a talent for finding lost things help save a missing person? Can he find what matters most?
Ezekiel Blast is good at finding things. Not only that, but he always knows who the lost things belong to. However, every time he returns a lost item, Ezekiel is accused of being a thief. To avoid accusations, he tries to hide his micropower and ignore all the lost things around him. Ezekiel’s best friend Beth believes he can turn his power into a strength. So when a young girl goes missing, Beth encourages Ezekiel to try and find her.
With a hint of science fiction, this mystery/thriller has a little something for all readers. This one will connect with anyone who feels a little on the outside and is looking for their place in the world. This isn’t Card’s typical style, but holds true to his excellent storytelling.
